• Usage information about how you interact with the product so we can maintain reliability and prevent abuse.
• Support communications when you contact our team.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to provide the product features you expect, personalize your workspace, deliver customer support, and improve overall performance.

Uploaded candidate data is processed solely to provide scoring, insights, and collaboration features within your workspace. We never use your data to train external models.

Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with vetted subprocessors that provide infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and communications tooling required to operate hanle.

These partners only receive the minimum amount of data needed to provide their service and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

Data retention & deletion

Workspace data and uploaded resumes are retained while your account remains active. You may delete files at any time from within the product or request a full workspace purge by contacting support.

We retain limited log information for security, auditing, and compliance purposes. When data is deleted, it is removed from active systems immediately and purged from backups during their regular rotation.

Security & compliance

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and monitored continuously. We follow secure development practices, conduct regular reviews, and maintain incident response procedures.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Submit any privacy request by emailing support@hanle.ai and we will respond promptly.
