1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a workspace, accessing, or using hanle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any referenced policies. If you are using the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Services
Hanle provides AI-powered resume screening, collaboration tools, analytics, and related services. We may update or modify features from time to time to improve the experience. Any major changes that materially reduce functionality will be communicated in advance when possible.
3. Accounts & access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend access to protect your data or comply with legal obligations.
4. Fees & trials
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing communicated during signup or in a separate order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Trials are provided solely to evaluate the product and may be terminated or modified at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse hanle, interfere with other users, attempt to access systems without authorization, or upload content that infringes on the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to process résumés or candidate data you upload.
6. Confidentiality & data
We treat your workspace data as confidential and only use it to provide the services described in our documentation and Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver product functionality.
7. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in hanle, including the software, user interface, and documentation, remain with hanle.ai. You may not copy, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except as permitted by law.
8. Disclaimers
Hanle is provided “as-is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the product will meet every unique requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hanle.ai and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, violate applicable laws, or pose a security risk. Upon termination we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Delaware, unless a different venue is required by applicable law.
